IMPORTANCE OF MAIRAJ un Nabi(SM)

Q: Explain the importance of this event (Miraj) to the Prophet Hazrat (sw) himself. [4-J-11]
The journey of Miraj was important for the prophet (sw) in many ways. He had the deepest believe in his prophet hood but this journey provided him a physical
proof of his claims. He saw paradise & hell or now he could invite people with complete confidence that he was true.
The journey took place when Mohammad (sw) was at the peak of disappointing events. Khadija (ra) & Abu Talib had died, mission to Taif has failed and there was no progress of Islam in makkah. In this situation, Allah gave him confidance & gave him the message that the most powerful Allah is behind him & he should not be disappointed or afraid.
Mohammad (sw) also enjoyed the respect given by the angels and the prophets. He led the paryers of prophets which was a symbol of the leadership of Mohammad (sw). his meeting with prominent prophets, meeting with Allah, & watching the amazing world increased his confidance and belief.

বেসরকারি শিক্ষক নিবন্ধনের অনলাইনে আবেদনের নতুন বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ

নতুন করে বেসরকারি স্কুল-কলেজে-মাদ্রাসায় এন্ট্রি লেভেলে শিক্ষক নিয়োগের জন্য নিবন্ধন পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণদের জন্য পূরণযোগ্য ১৫ হাজারেরও বেশি শিক্ষক পদ পূরণের জন্য চাহিদা পেয়েছে বেসরকারি শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন ও প্রত্যয়ন কর্তৃপক্ষ (এনটিআরসিএ)। শনিবার (১৬ জুলাই) এনটিআরসি’র এক গণবিজ্ঞপ্তিতে এ তথ্য প্রকাশ করে আগ্রহীদের ২০ জুলাই থেকে ১০ আগস্টের মধ্যে অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে বলা হয়েছে। প্রাপ্ত সকল আবেদন বিধি-বিধানের আলোকে মেধার ভিত্তিতে বাছাইপূর্বক এনটিআরসিএ থেকে প্রতিটি পদের বিপরীতে চূড়ান্তভাবে একজনকে নিয়োগের জন্য সুপারিশ করে সংশ্লিষ্ট স্কুল-কলেজ-মাদ্রাসার ব্যবস্থাপনা/পরিচালনা কমিটির নিকট প্রেরণ করবে বলে বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে বলা হয়। এতে আরো বলা হয়, যে সকল শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান এখনও শূন্য পদ পূরণের চাহিদা পেশ করতে পারেননি তারা শীঘ্রই পরবর্তী পর্যায়ে চাহিদা  পেশ করতে পারবেন। বলা হয়, বেসরকারি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে প্রথম পর্যায়ে ৩০ জুন, ২০১৬ পর্যন্ত শূন্য পদের চাহিদা  ই-রিকুইজিশন অনলাইনে  গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে। বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে বলা হয়, শিক্ষক পদ পূরণের চাহিদার বিস্তারিত তালিকা এনটিআরসিএ’র ওয়েব...

পেঁয়াজ কাটতে গিয়ে চোখে পানি আসে? কান্না বন্ধ করতে চাইলে ভিডিওটি দেখুন

পেঁয়াজ ছাড়া রান্না করা অসম্ভব। আবার কান্না ছাড়া পেঁয়াজ কাটা, সেটাও বলতে গেলে অসম্ভব। প্রায় সকলেরই পেঁয়াজ কাটতে গেলে চোখে পানি চলে আসে। এইরকম ঘটনা কেন ঘটে? আমরা যখন পেঁয়াজ কাটি তখন এর ভেতরের থাকা অসংখ্য কোষগুলোকে কেটে ফেলি। এর কারণে পেঁয়াজের কোষের ভেতরে থাকা পদার্থগুলো মুক্ত হয়ে যায়। কোষে থাকা অ্যামিনো এসিড ও সালফোক্সাইড এসিড বিক্রিয়া করে সালফেনিক এসিড তৈরি করে। আর পরবর্তীতে এই এসিড বাতাসের মাধ্যমে আমাদের চোখের ভেতর প্রবেশ করে জ্বালাপোড়ার সৃষ্টি করে থাকে। আর এই এসিড দূর করে দেওয়ার জন্য প্রাকৃতিকভাবে চোখের ভেতর থেকে পানি চলে আসে, যা আমরা কান্না বলে মনে করে থাকি। অদ্ভুত বিষয় হলো, রান্নার সময় পেঁয়াজের ভেতরে থাকা এনজাইমগুলো নষ্ট হয়ে যায় যার কারণে তখন পেঁয়াজের ধোঁয়ায় চোখে পানি আসে না। এই সমস্যার সহজ একটি সমাধান আছে। আসুন তাহলে জেনে নিই সহজ উপায়টি । যা যা লাগবে: পেঁয়াজ একটি ধারালো ছুরি যেভাবে করবেন: ১। প্রথমে পেঁয়াজের onion গোড়ার অংশটি অর্থাৎ যেখানে মূল থাকে সেটি একটি ধারালো ছুরি দিয়ে গোল করে কেটে ফেলুন। এমনভাবে কাটবেন যেন ভিতরের আঁশটি বের হয়ে আসে। ২। এবার পেঁয়া...
